Port-A-Cool, LLC, the manufacturer of Port-A-Cool® portable evaporative cooling units, announces improvements to their Port-A-Cool Cyclone™ 3000, a model unlike any other in their product line up.

This unit now features adjustable louvers, cord wrap and heavy duty casters, reports the manufacturer, and all units made after January 1, 2011 will include these convenient extras. Port-A-Cool Cyclone™ 3000 also features a unique centrifugal air delivery system, eliminating the fan blade and reducing noise, but without sacrificing power. The small unit measures just 38 inches high by 30 inches deep and 29 inches wide and weighs only 100 pounds, but produces a powerful 2400 CFM air delivery that cools approximately 700 square feet of unobstructed space. 

This powerful unit features a spacious 22-gallon water reservoir. That’s enough water for eight hours of cool air without a garden hose or other outside water source. 

Just like all Port-A-Cool® units, Port-A-Cool Cyclone™ 3000 is manufactured of durable, rust and leak-proof polyethylene plastic, requires very little maintenance, and features simple operation. Just fill the tank with water, plug it in and feel the cool air. Port-A-Cool Cyclone™ 3000 lowers the temperature up to 30˚ F. using just tap water and 115v of electricity.
